1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are only issued under specific conditions:

  • If services are not rendered as outlined in the agreed contract.
  • If there are technical issues preventing us from delivering the service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit a formal request within 14 days of service delivery.
  • Provide clear reasons for the refund, including any supporting evidence if necessary.

Refunds will be issued only after a thorough review of the request and may be subject to a partial deduction for work already completed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and are functioning as expected.
  • Services where substantial work has been completed based on the agreement.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

5. Modifications and Cancellations

In case of cancellations before the start of the service, a full or partial refund may be issued, depending on the stage of work completed. Any cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
